As a RIBA chartered architect, Chris Eyres follows the RIBA plan of work.
A typical scheme starts with a meeting with the client to find the core ideas for the project. At this early stage we are looking at broad concepts and ideas investigating the feasibility of the project.
Once Chris Eyres Designs have been appointed as architects, we can develop a strategy on how best to move forward to meet the clients objectives. We usually producing an initial sketch scheme to allow us discuss with the client and to refine the project together.
Depending on the complexity of the project, the client may also appoint other consultants at this stage who we will collaborate with throughout the process.
We now move forward into Detailed Concept design once a project has been set. Chris Eyres Designs will now produce the drawings and documentation required for a Planning Application submission to the Local Authority.
