Whetley Medical Centre was a new-build project in conjunction with the NHS Primary Care Trust, District Care Trust and private investors to produce a centralised medical centre to house four distinctly separate and independent Doctors practices with a view to maintain their separation and Independence yet additionally provide combined shared services and facilities. The project budget was in excess of £2million. Large on-site Pharmacy facilities were also incorporated.
